Answer the Call for Local Pets: June Donations & Volunteers Needed

Do you enjoy taking photos and videos? The Pet Food Pantry could use your help!

Our pantry days get pretty busy between setting up, helping families, and chatting with everyone who stops by. Before we know it, the event is over and we realize we barely captured any photos or videos to share on Facebook!

If you'd be willing to snap some pictures or take a few short videos at one or more of our pet food pantries, we'd love to hear from you. Your photos help us share our mission, thank our supporters, and show the impact we're making together.

We get this question a lot: “Do you serve people outside of Delaware County?”

We wish we could say yes. The need is real everywhere, and if we had unlimited resources, we’d love to help every pet family who reaches out. But right now, our focus is right here at home — serving the Delco community. As much as we’d like to expand beyond the county lines, it’s just not something we’re able to do at this time.

Thanks to our some wonderful friends, we’ve put together this list of Pet Food Pantries in Delco and beyond. Whether you live in or outside of Delaware County and need pet food or cat litter, we hope this list helps you find the support you need.

Because every pet deserves to be fed, loved, and at home no matter where they live. 🐾🐾

How To Donate

If you'd like to donate to Purr Love's Pet Food Pantry monetary donations can be made at The Spayed Club. If you donate online, please email Kim Reid at kreid518@gmail.com with your name and amount of donation so that the funds can be directed to the Pet Food Pantry.

A Warm Welcome to Kim Reid, Founder of Purr Love!

A huge thank you to Kim Reid, founder of Purr Love! With Kim stepping in, we’ll now have more time to focus on other Delco Loves Animals initiatives—like finding a permanent solution for Delaware County’s animals, rescuers, and caretakers.

You may have seen Kim and her crew volunteering at a pet food pantry. Kim's passion for helping animals and those who take care of them, is immeasurable! We have 100% confidence that Kim will make the Pet Food Pantry even better! 

We'll keep you updated with any changes and provide Kim's contact information. PLEASE NOTE: Tax-deductible donations through The Spayed Club will NOT change (just be sure to specify that your donation is for the Pet Food Pantry).

Kim will also soon be a guest on our podcast, Small Talk with Rich & Lisa. Stay tuned for the announcement of the date and time! We may even do a live episode, giving listeners a changed to call in with questions or comments!
